"Wreck of the Northerner"

With the Northerner being added to the National Register of Historic Places in January of 2011, it truly is one of Wisconsin's finest dives. A wooden two masted schooner, 81 feet in length, she sits upright and intact, in 130 feet of water just off the shores of Port Washington, WI. Artist Cal Kothrade has captured her majestic bow complete with figurehead and bow sprit being inspected by two divers, in a hand drawn, 'line art' style rendering on the back of the shirt. The front left chest sports a side-on view of the entire hull as she sits on the bottom today with the words "I dove the Northerner" and "Listed on the National Register of Historic Places". The Milwaukee Dive Apparel logo is on the left sleeve.
